How are orders shipped?

We ship worldwide! Products from our range are shipped via Deutsche Post / DHL or FEDEX. 

For larger shipments and bulk orders, we use freight forwarding companies.

Packaging

We care about the environment: whenever possible, we conserve resources by reusing clean cardboard boxes and packaging materials.

Delivery Time

Your order will be processed promptly upon receipt. If the items are in stock, your order will be dispatched within 1–2 business days. 

From the time we receive your order and payment, the average delivery time within Germany is one to two business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of the ordered goods and start from €6.99 within Germany.

The exact shipping costs will be displayed before you complete your order.

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs to Austria, for example, start at approximately €16.95 depending on the weight and size of the shipment.

Important Notice Regarding Transport Damage

Despite our utmost care, transport damage may occasionally occur during delivery. In such cases, we will of course replace or refund the damaged items free of charge. 

Please follow the procedure below:

Any transport damage must be reported immediately upon receipt of the goods to the shipping company. Afterwards, please notify us of the transport damage at info@classic-cycle.de.

If you wish to return any goods, please contact us by email or phone before sending them back.
